Why Thai food has become so popular worldwide? We think, because Thai cooking emphasize on lightly prepared dishes with balanced flavors, spices and aromatics. Spicy, sweet, sour, salty and lightly bitter flavors blend together to make each dish taste unique. Thai cuisine and the culinary heritage and cuisines of Thailand's neighbors, especially Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, India, Malaysia and Indonesia, have influenced one another over the course of many centuries and as a result Thai food varies depending on which region of Thailand the dish originates from. 

And, just a mouthful of these flavors brings you on an imaginary trip to one of the world’s most popular holiday destinations.



Given that, instead of “Hello, how are you?” the first thing Thais ask each other when they meet up is : “Have you eaten yet?” - it is clear Thai people  are extremely passionate about their food culture. Typically in Thailand you will rarely see somebody eating alone. Eating is an important form of socializing and meals should be shared with family or friends.
